Add-On Services

Ad-On Session

Add-on sessions are customized programs offered in addition to your main package. These sessions are provided for clients to do at their leisure, outside of their personal training sessions.

Mobility Training

This session is exclusively for targeting areas restricted by a limited range of motion, increasing blood flow to muscles and/or reducing delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) due to a strenuous workout.

Bootcamp

Bootcamps are general strength and conditioning group training sessions. Request a Bootcamp for your group or RSVP for any open Bootcamp on The Mpower Mint Event Calendar.

Each credit allows 1 person access to any 1 Bootcamp session.
