Enjoy weekly, customized training sessions to move you toward your goal(s) from the comfort of your home, office, or while on the road. These sessions can be designed as a sole training program or hybrid sessions to compliment your IRL Personal Training program. Virtual sessions require an initial assessment. Bootcamps are general strength and conditioning group training sessions. Request a Bootcamp for your group or RSVP for any open Bootcamp on The Mpower Mint Event Calendar.
Each credit allows 1 person access to any 1 Bootcamp session.
This sessions is exclusively for targeting areas restricted by a limited range of motion. Stretching, PNF, and/or percussive therapy will be used to release restriction and increase range of motion.
Add-on sessions are customized programs offered in addition to your main package. These sessions are provided for clients to do at their leisure, outside of their personal training sessions.
Mel is a fantastic instructor. She always keeps us motivated and is great with showing us modifications when needed. Also, she really teaches us some wonderful stretches. I highly recommend her.
